The reason for this questionnaire is to gather information on the Jaycee - TD Banknorth Baseball program.  Last year we ran 3 programs and both the Preps and Juniors won their respective division and the Seniors made it to the playoffs for the second straight year.  It looks like the over all quality of the players and coaches have exponentially gotten better.  We want to continue are success and we need your feedback.  Please fill out the questionnaire so we will be in a better position to support you.
